GRAMS POEMS

This month one year ago my mum-in-luv, Bernardita (Bennie) Casados went to be with the Lord and we all miss her so very much.     She was a woman with many talents.   This is one of the many poems she wrote and left for all of her family.

     ************************************************************************
No matter what the day brings or what may come along just put a smile upon your face and sing a happy song.
No matter what the day brings or what may lie in store just fill your heart with hope and peace and happiness galore.
No matter what may be your cares just reach to God and he will send an answer to your prayers.
No matter what the day brings or what may touch your soul just walk with Jesus all the way and you will reach your goal.

She was a prayer warrior, a tongue talking Pentecostal Christian and would let everyone know it.   If anyone had a need they would call on her because, we knew she would pray for us diligently.   Bennie went to church for many years and because of her my husband and I are now tongue talking Pentecostal Christians.   So many loved her and she was called 'grandma' by little kids and big kids even older kids lol.

Bennie was a fantastic cook.......her home made tortillas were the best, they were huge &amp delicious. She was constantly taking orders from people and made dozens through the years before she got sick and was too weak from diabetes.   She would also sell tortillas at church functions or church fund raisers for $3 a dozen.   Homemade Brelle as she called it (bread, rolls, or pitas) so sinfully delicious straight from the oven with butter mmmmmm good.    Her famous New Mexico red chile was to die forand soo easy to make. If you like spicy food this was theee best especially when put over meat or beans, yummmy delicioso!

Love and miss you very much ♥
